The system consists of central part, scraper arm, scraper plate, screen, path, drive dolly, rail, electric connection cabinet lighting etc. The whole equipment is a steel structure with a cantilever. The steel structure is fixed and supported by a central post. There is a pulley wheel at the end of the scraper arm. The wheel is droved by a motor and will run around the wall of the tank on a round guide rail.
